The Comex Manager Digital Analytics & Pricing is an important role within the Strategic Insights & Analytics team at Johnson & Johnson MedTech India. Driving action through analytics and insights in India. The role will have a good mix of Strategy & Execution, focused on driving market impact by using our Data Ecosystem.
The future of demand generation through customer engagement lies increasingly within the digital domain. You will be encouraged to analyze and simplify the substantial data streams that various channels will generate to educate and guide business partners. This person is encouraged to be a specialist in harnessing the power of data, analytics & insights to drive business impact by shaping decision making across the organization.
The position reports into the Director SCG and Growth Capabilities - APAC.
Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives. Engages in Credo-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Generate insights from India Data ecosystem for MedTech by identifying and prioritizing key success factors, identifying key gaps, working with business partners to fill these gaps and get results.
Drive insights and actions towards Pricing decisions for a profitable and sustainable business growth linked to financial goals
Translate business requirements into relevant plans for IT teams. Work with different team members to define the expected outcomes and actions from analysis. Collaborate with IT in order to craft and build the solution, challenging both parties where vital.
Drive a data and insight driven culture within the organization. This includes using analytics to help define strategy, developing reporting tools to supervise progress towards goals and training partners in the use of data interrogation tools to uncover their own insights.
Visualize data in an easy to digest and impactful format with specific audiences in mind
Work with internal and vendor support teams to build an ecosystem for Advanced Analytics & Data Science by piloting a series of Use Cases that harness the data available to us.
Assist in other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
3-5 years progressive experience in, Digital Analytics with exposure to industry leading CRM tools is required.
Broad experience of working across Strategy and Execution roles. This role will identify and build business solutions to drive in market impact across businesses
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Proven expertise in one or more of these data analysis tools - Visualization/Data Discovery (Tableau, PowerBI), Digital/Social Metrics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social platforms), Proficiency in SQL, Redshift and data manipulation tools such as Alteryx is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment where a high degree of collaboration is needed is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into impactful recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to reconcile external and internal data sources, are required.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
