Working closely with the global commercial leadership team, you will ensure alignment of market-facing initiatives with the company’s long-term strategic goals in intralogistics.
You can perform the role remotely while bringing readiness for business trips worldwide. You enjoy working in an agile way in networked and interdisciplinary teams with an American scope.
Your tasks
Drive Global Commercial Strategy
Define, execute, and steer global commercial initiatives and priorities to strengthen Kardex’s position in the intralogistics market.Translate Insights Into Strategic Action
Support Head of Region and Head of Business Development by turning market insights, customer needs, and business challenges into strategic programs and actionable plans.Lead Commercial Excellence Initiatives
Advance go‑to‑market models, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, service growth, and sales enablement to accelerate commercial performance.Oversee and Challenge Strategy Execution
Monitor, challenge, and ensure alignment of commercial programs with group objectives, while fostering innovation and scalable solutions.Cross‑Functional Leadership & Executive Influence
Manage cross‑functional strategic initiatives, facilitate collaboration across regions, and prepare executive presentations and decision papers that shape Remstar’s long‑term commercial strategy.
Your profile
You bring a university degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent qualifications
You have solid professional experience in commercial strategy consulting or project‑based work; exposure to large transformation programs (digital, processes, data) within a sales and service environment, knowing pricing approaches is a strong plus
You set strategic directions for long‑term initiatives and you steer their execution
You have a strong understanding of market analytics and sales and service processes, customer lifecycle management, and market dynamics
You apply outstanding analytical skills, strategic thinking and strong implementation capabilities
You are highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and Office 365
You communicate effectively across all hierarchy levels and you manage stakeholder expectations with confidence
You have full business proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus

Skills Required
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or similar advanced qualification
- Extensive experience in business analysis, commercial strategy and business development
- Strong understanding of market analytics, sales and service processes, and customer lifecycle management
- Exceptional analytical skills, strategic mindset, and hands-on implementation experience
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with high intercultural competence
- Knowledge and experience in the intralogistics industry
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
