Key Responsibilities

Commercial Operations

  • Manage end-to-end commercial processes from customer onboarding to contract execution in the ERP system.
  • Support pricing, quotations, commercial approvals, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely execution of commercial activities.
  • Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Contract Management

  • Manage renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate repository of commercial contracts and documentation.
  • Track contract milestones, expiration dates, and renewal opportunities.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled by internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Management

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking related to commercial agreements.
  • Monitor invoicing, collections, revenue recognition, and payment reconciliations.
  • Analyze financial performance against commercial contracts and identify revenue leakage.
  • Prepare commercial reports for management.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Identify commercial and financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support internal and external audits related to commercial transactions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external partners.
  • Provide commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in resolving commercial disputes and contract-related issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Finance, Contracts, or Revenue Management.

Required Skills

  • Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen.
  • Experience with licensing agreements and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Experience using CRM and contract management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
