Concord Servicing, a leading financial services company, is currently seeking a Commercial Workout Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the company recover overdue loan payments, communicating with customers to find payment solutions, and safeguarding the company's financial assets. Concord is a full-scope loan servicer that delivers compliant, flexible, and scalable portfolio servicing solutions to meet the demands of loan originators and capital providers, ensuring the best possible experience for their customers.
Commercial Workout Specialist will play an important role in the company's operations as they help ensure the stability of the organization's financial standing. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of collections processes and regulation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to resolve delinquent accounts through payment in full, settlements,or structured repayment plans.
- Apply effective collection and negotiation techniques in compliance with FDCPA, state regulations,and company policies.
- Conduct skip tracing,asset rearches, collateral reviews, and account research.
- Support legal processes by preparing documentation, coordinating information, and negotiating resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation within the system of record.
- Provide timely updates and reporting to management and clients.
- Handle inbound calls and represent the company professionally.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years collection experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FDCPA state regulations and legal Collections processes.
- Proven negotiation , communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry systems(Salesforce, Credit Bureaus, Accurint).
- Strong skip -trace, research, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain organized, and perform under pressure.
- Clear and professional oral and written communication.
- Schedule may require one evening per week and two Saturdays per month.
