As our new Commercial Support Representative at Hempel. You will have the unique opportunity to reporting directly to our Head of Commercial Support, EMEA, be based in our France – Beauvais office and ignite your fuel your full potential by collaborating with cross-functional teams and getting a complete onboarding and training program.

With your self-motivated, and proactive attitude, become part our dynamic and sales force. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical and product-related support to our customers.
- Preparing and sending specifications and technical/commercial quotations.
- Assisting with the study of customer tender documents and preparing submission documents in alignment with sales.
- Acting as a local ambassador of E-Commerce and supporting customers with the onboarding process.
- Offering project management support, including coordinating required stock levels and requesting products outside the assortment based on sales instructions.
- Ensuring required documentation and conducting regular reviews of project status in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Filling and submitting technical complaints.

- 2-5 years experience in a customer-centric roles.
- Basic knowledge in paint technology, application and the coating industry business preferred
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
- Well-rounded Excel Skills including Microsoft Office package and ERP System.
- Strong interest in technical environment
