Commercial Support Operations Pricing Analyst

Location: San José, Costa Rica Remote

World Fuel is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Pricing Analyst to support our global pricing operations.

This role is critical to ensuring accurate pricing, fees, and tax data are maintained in our systems, enabling correct quoting, billing, and reconciliation across multiple regions.

You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and global stakeholders to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Maintain and update posted prices, price lists, and fees across:
  • U.S., Canada
  • Central America, Caribbean, and South America
• Perform cross-checks and validations to ensure pricing accuracy in systems
• Support tax calculations for LATAM regions and coordinate with Aviation Tax teams
• Generate and review aging reports for posted rates, following up weekly
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure pricing data remains current
• Perform pricing calculations and data preparation using spreadsheets when required
• Ensure data accuracy to support quoting, billing, and financial reconciliation processes

• Associate’s degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience
• Experience in pricing, data management, or operations support preferred
• Exposure to aviation or fuel pricing is a plus
• C1 or B2 English required

• Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with a global team
