MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of administrative and operational tasks from Commercial teams to improve system accuracy and allow greater focus on core commercial activities.
- Provide day-to-day support in the execution of operational tasks.
- Ensure accurate registration of contracts in systems while maintaining ownership of contract structures and master data quality.
- Support administrative execution of claims and debunkering activities.
- Maintain customer structure (SRC) to support a reliable CRM environment.
- Support commercial activities by ensuring accuracy of deal margins across systems and reporting tools.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across global offices to support business operations.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional initiatives within Commercial Strategy & Implementation (CSI).
- Identify and propose system/process improvements to improve structure and professionalism across commercial administrative and system related matters.
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks, projects, and business initiatives as required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Analytical and structured mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel automation tools (eg macros/VBA) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify anomalies and act proactively.
- Ability to improve processes and strengthen controls.
- Project management skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
