Job Description
General Summary:
The Commercial Supply Chain Coordinator is is responsible for the ongoing coordination of activities (e.g. scheduling meetings, meeting scribe and minutes distribution, etc.) our operational risks-related in the supply chain as well as our business continuity planning. Activities also consist of well-defined support tasks that are performed independently as well as projects of increased complexity completed under close supervision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represents Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Junior level forums, communicating overall risk profile and mitigations.
- Collaborates with internal and external key stakeholders to manage supply chain risks from identification through mitigation.
- Monitors key performance/risk metrics for the supply chain risk management and Business Continuity processes
- Represents Supply Chain on projects related to risk mitigation, operational resilience, and business continuity
- Helps with maintaining risk database and participates in routine risk review meetings with key stakeholders such as Tech Ops, Quality, and Corporate Risk Management
- Maintains Commercial Supply Chain’s Business Continuity Plans to document new initiatives to improve resiliency
- Support systems administration of new Risk Management and Business Continuity platforms, Riskonnect.
- Ensures completion and tracking of supply chain supply-related documentation
- Displays ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 0-2 years work experience
Flex Designation:
Hybrid-Eligible Or On-Site Eligible
Flex Eligibility Status:
In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2. On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
