Navan's sales organization seeks a motivated Commercial Strategy Working Student to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the first and only all-in-one, people-first travel, corporate card, and expense management super app used by thousands of companies worldwide. As a Commercial Strategy Working Student, you will support deal flow, drive successful sales stories, and help generate revenue for the company. This position requires a self-starter with a proven track record in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role involves managing multiple workstreams within our sales organization while supporting our Account Executives in conveying Navan's value proposition.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to the full sales cycle, supporting our Account Executives in accelerating deal flow
  • Optimize current sales processes and enhance our go-to-market strategy
  • Link Navan's value proposition to client success by deeply understanding the client's business
  • Own key processes in the deal cycle, ensuring we meet our targets
  • Understand and effectively communicate Navan's value proposition and solutions using value-based sales approaches
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Growth teams to drive additional revenue

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have gained first experience in a dynamic, fast-moving environment (Startup, Consulting or VC)
  • You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or another business-related field with exceptional academic performance
  • You bring project management skills and are confident in managing multiple work streams simultaneously
  • You thrive in entrepreneurial settings, with a strong sense of ownership that includes continuous challenging the status quo
  • You are curious and looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback
  • You are fluent in German and English and bring proficiency in MS Office applications
