Commercial Strategy Intern

Position Summary

The Commercial Strategy Intern will collaborate with our Product Development and Sales teams to help drive “to-market” strategy for our Gaming Ops and Game Sale EGM products.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support go to-market execution for new slot products for Gaming Operations and Game Sales product lines
• Contribute to sales support and training materials to ensure optimal setup and placement strategy is achieved
• Review order fulfillment chain for accuracy and guarantee customer expectations are met
• Contribute to growth and optimization action plans collectively with Account Executives
• Assist sales team and product development team in maintaining communication and feedback loop regarding product roadmap, launch status, and on-going performance
• Assess opportunities, potential issues and/or risks related to gaming operations product deployments
• Build productive collaboration and communication
• Understand regional market dynamics and competitive products

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive mindset.

Physical Requirements: Office, convention center and casino environments

The person in this position works in a part time position with an emphasis on on-the-job training.
