Commercial Strategy & Insights Executive

We are looking for a Commercial Strategy & Insights Executive to transform revenue performance data into strategic insight, optimise media partnerships, and drive revenue growth across Harrods' evolving retail media business.

About the Role 
As our Commercial Strategy & Insights Executive, you’ll sit at the centre of our fast-paced, performance-driven Partnerships & Marketing team. This role combines analytical rigour with cross-functional collaboration—using commercial reporting and insight to fuel innovation, track performance, and shape long-term strategic decisions. You’ll work with internal teams and senior leaders across the business to help future-proof Harrods' retail media portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include:
•    Producing and presenting weekly and monthly revenue reports, tracking performance against targets by category and media channel
•    Deriving commercial insight to inform decision-making across the Partnerships & Marketing team, and support new, innovative media opportunities for brand partners
•    Monitoring media rate cards and revenue strategy implementation to ensure competitive pricing and margin optimisation
•    Collaborating with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and income reconciliation across internal platforms
•    Working closely with the Digital Innovation Lead and Strategy team to shape future innovation and support long-term planning through data-led recommendations

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You 
You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy environment, with the confidence to work across levels—from supporting operational delivery to presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership. You’re naturally curious and commercially minded, with a passion for using data to tell stories and drive action. Your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across teams will be key to your success in this cross-functional role.

You will also:
•    Be a confident communicator and presenter, comfortable translating complex data into clear business insight
•    Have experience working in a revenue-focused or performance-driven team, ideally with exposure to media, retail, or marketing strategy
•    Be proactive, detail-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to drive innovation and change
•    Have strong proficiency in Excel and are comfortable working with numerical data sets
