Program Overview:
The Commercial ELDP is a rotational program designed for new college graduates to develop future leaders in our commercial organization. Over the course of multiple rotations, the ELDP will gain hands-on experience across Customer Experience, Commercial Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, building a strong foundation of cross-functional knowledge and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured rotations to gain exposure to core commercial functions, doing actual jobs in the rotation
- Support projects that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver measurable results.
- Develop strategic, analytical, and communication skills through project execution and leadership exposure.
- Engage in mentorship, training, and professional development activities throughout the program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial functions.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
