Program Overview:
The Commercial ELDP is a rotational program designed for new college graduates to develop future leaders in our commercial organization. Over the course of multiple rotations, the ELDP will gain hands-on experience across Customer Experience, Commercial Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, building a strong foundation of cross-functional knowledge and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in structured rotations to gain exposure to core commercial functions, doing actual jobs in the rotation
  • Support projects that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop strategic, analytical, and communication skills through project execution and leadership exposure.
  • Engage in mentorship, training, and professional development activities throughout the program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field 
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial functions.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duration: ~3 years, with permanent placement  upon successful completion of the program.
