The Commercial Sales Specialist is responsible for driving commercial HVAC sales growth within the region. This role focuses on increasing market share, expanding customer relationships, and promoting product mix through strong collaboration with the Commercial Mechanical, HVAC and Blended Sales teams. The position is highly customer-facing, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, brand awareness, and field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow and diversify customer relationships
  • Partner with Sales teams to increase market share and equipment mix
  • Support new business development and grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell efforts
  • Manage inventory through forecasting and maintain pricing discipline
  • Collaborate with quotations and internal teams to align on customer needs and product strategy
  • Promote brand visibility and drive overmarket growth within the region
  • Deliver product training and support vendor-led sessions for customers and internal teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales or related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC products and applications
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information
  • Strong collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset

Pay Range:

$6,183.34 - $9,900.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
