Commercial Sales Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales strategy, develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth and profitability.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive organic growth, new business, and customer retention
Partner with operations and marketing to improve profitability and performance
Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and budget performance
Manage CRM usage, sales processes, and performance metrics
Support pricing strategy, vendor relationships, and compensation planning
What You Bring:
5+ years of sales or sales leadership experience
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Experience with data analysis and performance reporting (Power BI a plus)
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
