As a Commercial Sales Graduate, you will:
- Join our rotational graduate program and gain invaluable experience working with our customers in key areas of the Commercial function at AVEVA. This program will immerse you in essential Commercial activities in areas such as Retention Sales, Pre Sales, Customer Adoption & Success, and Business Operations.
Retention Sales
- Focus on enhancing customer retention by managing and renewing existing contracts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals efficiently and on time, and developing proficiency in sales tools and systems to master sales at scale.
Pre Sales
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offerings. Understand the technical features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions.
Customer Adoption & Success
- Learn how we connect our customers with our products and maximize the value they derive from them. You will focus on enhancing customer engagement, driving product adoption, and delivering educational services.
Business Operations
- Delve into the inner workings of our commercial organization helping us to transform whilst we perform. Defining and operationalising our GTM strategy, whilst maximising the potential of our commercial teams
We're looking for:
We are open to applications from a wide range of disciplines including but not exclusively: Business Operations, Data Science, all disciplines of Engineering, Commercial Management and Customer relationship management.

Hybrid working
