Partner closely with Account Executives to drive opportunities across small and mid-sized organizations by supporting discovery, demos, and technical evaluations.
Join customer conversations to understand their infrastructure, security maturity, and business priorities.
Show prospects how NodeZero helps identify real attack paths, validate security controls, and reduce risk.
Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical buyers and executive stakeholders.
Develop the confidence to answer customer questions, guide conversations, and help move deals forward.
Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve customer experience and share market feedback.
Learn modern cybersecurity concepts, offensive security methodologies, and consultative selling skills from experienced mentors.
1–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or another customer-facing technical role
Strong interest in cybersecurity and desire to build a long-term career in the space
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics
High curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Based in Chicago or open to relocating there

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.
In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
Total On-Target Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 70/30 split annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
