Job Scope
Offers support in the Sales Organization for the Commercial Manager (CM) and Sales Controlling Team (SCP), with focus on Sales Planning & Reporting
Tasks and responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Reporting (global account data management)
- Customer Market Planning (Volume & Price planning) data entry and analyses within Bosch planning tool
- Salesforce support for running business
- Acquisition Tracking and Reporting (monthly update of acquisition project information & ISAC plausibility checks) in Bosch planning tool
- Market analyses (Volume & Sales)
- Current Forecast (Mapping, Planning, Tracking & Reporting)
- Support Central Department (Continuous Improvement Processes & Standardization)
- Sales Coordination for Product Life Cycle Management (Product Release & Cancelation, Zero Volume Analysis)
- Standard Participant in Sales Team Meeting Conferences
- Support for Customer Strategy Meeting (CSM) preparation
- Master Data setup, tracking and updating
- Bespoken monthly reports creation
- Price Management and Sales Process Support
- Administration of Bosch Connect Communities
Other Responsibilities
- Follows all tasks and responsibilities to achieve the given targets
- Is responsible for accomplishing the assigned tasks, at the established deadlines and in terms of quality
- Is responsible for accomplishing the assigned tasks within the terms of the law
- Responsible for and guarantee the confidentiality and security of the handled data
Qualifications
- Candidate with Japanese skill (N2)
- Analytical abilities (data analysis, interpreting and summarizing data)
- Ability to plan in detail (collection, combination, verification and summarizing various sources of information)
- Oriented to result: responsible for delegated tasks
- Proactive thinking
- Ability to work in team (including virtual teams)
- Systematic, organized and precise working style
- Business management and theoretical knowledge in marketing, sales and control
- Experience in planning/sales control
- Understanding customer strategy (including competitor)
- Interest/knowledge in the automotive industry products
- Knowledge in the use of methods and tools for managing prices
- Knowledge in planning, control and logistical processes (in particular, sales planning) and use of IT tools (SAP BW)
- MS Office, Excel expert
