What are you going to do?

• Daily risk assessment of If customers in compliance with the regulations set by the company.
• Customer or customer site visits for risk evaluation and risk management recommendations to customers. 
• Providing support to salespeople for preparing insurance offers to customers. Determination of insurance premium in accordance with the risk and the product's hazard. Participation in large clients’ tenders.
• Analyzing risk and claims data, identifying trends to suggest new common risk evaluation principles for underwriting process standardization and automation.
• Building successful co-operation with Sales and Claims employees in training and consulting them about products, risk factors and pricing for insurance objects.
• Supporting Commercial Product Managers in creating best products for our customers within commercial segments.
• Participating in local and Baltic projects for improving Product and Underwriting Units’ processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Risk management and underwriting skills.
• Higher education (technical background preferred, experience as a firefighting investigator is a strong advantage).
• Interest in utilizing digital solutions in the business.
• Customer and result orientation, ability to take initiative.
• Desire to understand customer needs, market trends and implement changes.
• Flexible and positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Good cooperation and team support skills.
• Diligence and ability to analyze data and trends.
• Driving licenses and desire to make site visit for clients all over Lithuania.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages.

• Monthly salary: From €3000 to €3800 gross depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus.
