Job Description:At Regions, the Commercial Relationship Team Administrator (RTA) will lead the area's Commercial Relationship Specialists (CRS) and provide high-level sales support to Commercial Banking teams to ensure quality customer service. The RTA typically will manage three or more Commercial Relationship Specialists and may also have direct management responsibility for other support associates. The RTA also will service clients directly as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Provides leadership, supports, and coaches Commercial Relationship Specialists, including facilitating regular team meetings and coaching sessions for associate development
Performs general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations
Manages overall loan maturity process for team ensuring CRS and Relationship Management (RM) teams are proactively working ahead on processing renewals
Manages loan pipeline in paralending stages and act as liaison for team when working with Credit Products paralending departments
Leads the Relationship Team as the primary resource for OneView system information, usage and training
Oversees or submits Officer Code Changes when needed on behalf of team, portfolio transfers, etc.
Collaborates with Management and Relationship Managers to understand needs of the client and identify ways to improve servicing
Manages complaint database on behalf of team including working directly with clients for resolution on escalated issues
Coordinates Weekly Team meeting(s) with Commercial Banking Leaders
Assists team with resolving complex or escalated issues
Facilitates new associate onboarding for new Commercial Banking team members
Compiles and distributes management reporting such as, Area 360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, OneView Pipeline, Ticklers, Maturities, Past Due, and Exception Reports
Manages responsibilities to keep team in in compliance with all bank policies, procedures and internal audits
Leads department on various projects or initiatives to ensure timely completion
Approves and manages department expenses such as office supplies and accounts payable requests
Supports Commercial Banking Leaders as needed with other administrative duties such as travel, expenses, additional ad hoc reporting, org chart updates and other tasks as assigned
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
High School education or GED
Five (5) years experience in Commercial Banking
Preferences
College degree or technical school certification
