Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a professional and relationship-driven Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team in Austin, TX.

In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to strengthen existing commercial partnerships. You will serve as an important point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and a high standard of service.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, commercially minded, and motivated by developing long-term professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts.
  • Understand client goals, priorities, and business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand business partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are communicated and addressed effectively.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with clients.
  • Assist with presentations, meetings, proposals, and commercial discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account activity, and follow-up actions.
  • Address client questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Support client retention and overall customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Monitor account activity and identify potential opportunities for continued growth.
  • Represent Swift 7 Consultants with professionalism and a client-first approach
