  • You have strong experience of developing a productive professional network in a new industry, and great relationships with key stakeholders within it

  • You understand the importance of providing an exceptional experience when connecting and working with those stakeholders

  • You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes people tick

  • You have a high EQ, hugely enjoy meeting new people, and can easily navigate complex human relationships

  • You can build rapport with senior leaders and industry figures

  • You have outstanding written & verbal communication skills

  • You balance thorough reflection with action; you think deeply and operate at pace

Desirable
  • You have a well-developed network in, and knowledge of, the European digital health industry

  • You are keen to travel up to 20% of the time

  • You are familiar with medical device regulation and Software as a Medical Device


What the job involves

Your work will accelerate the growth of the world-class industry-engagement function we launched last year. Your goal is to build strong relationships with key third parties in our industry – such as regulatory consultants, lawyers, eQMS providers, and more – such that they advocate for Scarlet and recommend us to their clients. In practice this means building both knowledge (so they understand who we are and what makes us different) and trust (so they are confident in working with us).

Details:

  • Build deep connections with individuals and organisations in Scarlet’s ecosystem

  • Furnish these connections with the required knowledge and material to understand Scarlet and the value we offer to healthcare innovators

  • Collaborate closely with the broader Marketing and Commercial team to effectively communicate Scarlet’s mission and value proposition to the key third parties in our industry

  • Ensure those third parties wish to recommend Scarlet to their clients and connections, and have an exceptional, world-class experience when dealing with us

  • Attend industry events to grow awareness and adoption of Scarlet

  • Iterate our Commercial Relations processes to align with Scarlet’s burgeoning commercial goals
