Commercial Regional Partner Manager (UK&I)

 

At Wiz, we’re looking for a highly skilled Commercial Regional Partner Manager to help us build, evolve, and execute our UK&I channel go-to-market strategy for our commercial segment. Reporting to the Channels Director, you’ll take ownership of driving success with value-added resale partners, cloud service providers, and our sales teams. Your mission is to cultivate a customer-first, partner-centric mindset that enables growth and delivers results that make a real difference.


 

What You’ll Do

  • Build, develop, and own relationships with value-added resale partners, CSPs, and their sales and technical teams.
  • Create and execute channel GTM strategies aligned with regional goals, collaborating with key partners such as AWS, Microsoft, and GCP.
  • Deliver impactful enablement sessions for partners and Wiz sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and alignment.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, ensuring shared success and clear outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Wiz sales teams to drive account mapping, opportunity progression, and a partner-first approach.
  • Act as the go-to expert for your segment, resolving partner conflicts, supporting deals, and aligning with internal stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Partner with Wiz marketing to execute impactful campaigns and events that align with your regional strategy.
  • Maintain meticulous oversight of partner agreements, deal registrations, and opportunity tracking to ensure smooth execution.

Tactical Execution:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner agreements, including MNDA, OTRA, and master agreements, in collaboration with Wiz Legal.
  • Own deal registration processes, qualifying and progressing opportunities while supporting Wiz sellers in driving partner engagement.
  • Facilitate deal progression by ensuring operational alignment between Wiz sellers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report on all partner activity, including pipeline progression and deal updates, providing clear visibility to leadership and regional teams.
  • Support the execution of quarterly regional partner events, ensuring maximum attendance, impactful follow-up, and measurable outcomes.
  • Actively manage budgets, including SPIFF promotions, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI for partner activities.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of partner-sourced opportunities, maintaining a clear view of regional performance and progress.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in channel management within SaaS, cloud security, or a related field.
  • Expertise in value-added resale partnerships and cloud marketplaces, with a strong grasp of CSP go-to-market models (AWS, Microsoft, GCP).
  • A business owner mindset with a track record of taking extreme ownership of your region, partners, and outcomes.
  • The ability to influence and enable sales teams to embrace a partner-first, customer-centric approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and alignment across technical and sales audiences.
  • A detail-oriented and process-driven approach, ensuring flawless execution and measurable success.
  • A passion for cloud security and a deep understanding of the value Wiz delivers to its partners and customers.
