Catalent’s Kansas City facility is home to our Oral & Specialty Drug Delivery, Biologics Analytical Services and Clinical Supply Services businesses. The site provides a range of integrated services for oral solid dosage forms, from formulation development and analytical testing to clinical and commercial-scale manufacture.  The Kansas City facility is a Center-of-Excellence for our Biologics Analytical Services business. Our talented team has over 25 years of experience providing analytical services for stand-alone and integrated biologics projects.

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Commercial Project Manager. The Commercial Project Manager acts as the customers’ primary contact and liaison related to supply of products and services from the site.  Ensure customer satisfaction by taking ownership of sales order process from receipt to dispatch and billing, including related KPI’s and continuous improvement. Build strong relationship with key stakeholders in the customer organization and ensure a consistent experience while promoting the Catalent brand. Coach and develop the team to drive for service excellence.

This is a full-time role position: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Onsite.

The Role  

• Act as the key contact for our customers (internal & external).  Act as primary customer/site contact for assigned accounts.  Creates sales orders in the system in line with customer request date and send written order.
• Ensures customer forecast are received on a regularly agreed periods. Communicate schedules, issues, and proactive updates. Counsels customers on forecast and order expectations to include escalation as appropriate.
• Provide required reporting and information related to customer supplied material. Provide support and information related to product shipments.
• Manage invoicing process for international and external customers. Ensure customer is billed appropriately for all products and services provided. Work with Finance Department to confirm POD and reconcile revenue accounts.
• Track and provide customer related data and metrics to management. Track On Time Delivery (OTD) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for customers and provide feedback to management
• All other duties as assigned; 

The Candidate 

• Required a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in customer service, sales or project management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer required
• Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
