What you’ll do

In this role, you are part of the Projectcare team, on one hand involved in supporting large projects internally, on the other hand also reaching out to and meeting with the stakeholders of a project to increase our winning chances.

• You assist in large projects with external sales in direct contact with the architect/designer/end customer.

• Main focus on Belgium and Luxemburg, we expect you to spend on average 30% of your time on the road with customers.

• Direct connection with the different stakeholders of a project, via regular calls, team calls or on site.

• Prepare complete proposal for large projects, offer product assistance and provide technical support.

• Ensure close follow up for the projects you are working on from quotation up to project completion.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role, you understand what it takes to make a high-end brand better every single day. Therefore, you should bring:

• Experience in lighting is a plus; interest in technology is a must.

• Team-player mentality. Good commercial skills, as you will be dealing directly with partners, installers, architects etc.

• Fluency in Dutch and English and an above average knowledge of French.

• Proactiveness when it comes to project follow-up, internal coordination etc.

• Knowledge of a CRM / SAP or another ERP system is an advantage.
