RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the lender in structuring and closing loan requests
- Assist the lender in working with the department to collect, analyze, and evaluate loan requests for consideration by the appropriate loan approval authority
- Coordinate loan documentation in consultation with legal counsel
- Administer appraisal ordering process
- Manage annual reviews and renewals, portfolio reviews, financial statement requirements, loan covenants, collateral exceptions, borrowing bases, delinquencies, construction draws and monitoring, and other reporting
- Coordinate execution of deed of trust releases and other security instruments as required
- Identify problems or potential problems with credit information and coordinate with the necessary party to resolve the problems
- Comply with requests from loan review and other internal/external examiners
- Assist existing and new customers with loan requests, inquiries and servicing needs
- Cross sell new services to commercial relationships, working directly with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Trust, and other team members as appropriate
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

SCHEDULE
Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.
EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in business related area preferred
2+ years experience in a commercial lending environment; preference in underwriting
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel within Region and surrounding area to be expected
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a maximum of 50% of the time, constantly operate a computer up to 50% of the time and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers, customers, or stakeholders to discuss and observe facts and data in order to exchange accurate information.
