As the Commercial Platform and AI Leader, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our commercial toolstack, specifically CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), SFDC (Salesforce), and adjacent digital selling tools. Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Set the Strategic Roadmap: Define the multi-year roadmap for our commercial platform ecosystem, ensuring our toolstack (SFDC, CPQ, pricing tools) directly supports business revenue goals.
  • Lead & Develop Talent: Manage and mentor a team of SMEs specializing in SFDC and CPQ.
  • Drive AI Integration: Spearhead the implementation of AI/ML initiatives within our commercial platforms (e.g., predictive quoting, automated price optimization, AI-assisted lead scoring, and intelligent product recommendations).
  • Partner with DT & Global Functions: Collaborate with Digital Technology (DT), Pricing, and Sales Operations to ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and seamless integration between ERP and front-end sales tools.
  • Maximize Platform ROI: Monitor KPIs (e.g., quote-to-cash velocity, win rates, CPQ adoption, and CRM data health) and implement continuous improvements to reduce friction in the sales process.
  • Governance & Standardization: Establish global standards for data usage, platform configuration, and change management to ensure consistency across regions.
  • Translate Business Needs to Tech Requirements: Act as the primary bridge between commercial leaders and technical developers; translate complex business problems into functional, automated solutions.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational adoption of new tools and features through training, enablement, and proactive communication.

What you’ll bring (must-haves)

  • Proven Platform Leadership: Extensive experience managing enterprise-grade commercial platforms, specifically Salesforce (SFDC) and major CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, Apttus/Conga).
  • Technical Strategy: Ability to articulate and execute a vision for a "connected" commercial ecosystem; deep understanding of the quote-to-cash (Q2C) process.
  • AI/Innovation Mindset: Experience implementing AI-driven features or digital transformation initiatives in a commercial or sales environment.

  • Advanced Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Administrator) or PMP/Agile certifications.
  • Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise integration layers (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and how they connect CRM/CPQ to backend ERPs (SAP/Oracle).
  • Experience at Scale: Experience leading platform transformation projects across multiple geographies or business units.

#LI-Remote - This is a remote position

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $128,400.00 and $213,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
