ROLE PURPOSE:
Lead Commercial Performance for Canada, building the price, pack, promotion, mix, trade investment, and margin recommendations that improve growth across volume, share, NSV, and profit, as well as decision quality across channels and customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop the Canada RGM agenda across pricing, pack architecture, promotion, mix, trade investment, and revenue realization.
Lead innovation pricing and performance management.
Partner with CSP, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Supply to shape commercial decisions and AOP building blocks.
Lead a team of 3 analysts, setting standards for analysis, governance, and recommendations.
Track competitive performance, industry trends and help manage share improvement in volume and value
Translate market, customer, competitor, elasticity, and margin data into practical revenue growth actions.
Support pricing and promotion governance, scenario analysis, and risk/opportunity assessment.
Lead price/promo/pack optimization studies with external partners
Build RGM capability and routines across brand and sales teams.
Key Outputs:
Canada RGM strategy, roadmap, and performance scorecard.
Price, pack, promotion, mix, and trade investment recommendations.
Industry performance assumptions and tracking
AOP building blocks, scenarios, and value-creation analyses.
Pricing governance materials and decision records.
RGM capability tools, playbooks, consumer/customer research, and learning materials.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
8+ years of revenue growth management, commercial finance, pricing, category, analytics, or sales strategy experience.
Strong quantitative skills and understanding of P&L, margin, elasticity, trade investment, and customer economics.
Experience influencing commercial decisions with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior stakeholders.
Ability to lead analysts and build clear recommendations from complex data.
CPG, beverage alcohol, retail, or regulated market experience preferred.
