About the RoleWe’re looking for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to grow our footprint across France. You’ll be at the forefront of introducing Tandem’s clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across France
This is a pivotal role where you’ll forge high-impact partnerships across the care ecosystem, from provider networks and EHR vendors to resellers and health insurers. You’ll act as a market expert, relationship builder, and operator all in one.
What you will doIdentify, initiate, and manage key relationships across the healthcare landscape in France.
Open doors with provider groups, EHR vendors, system integrators, payors, and commercial resellers to accelerate Tandem’s reach and adoption.
Pitch, negotiate, and close deals that deliver strategic value, working closely with legal, product, and commercial teams to get contracts across the line.
Represent Tandem externally in meetings, events, and conferences, positioning us as a trusted digital health partner.
Bring the voice of the market back into Tandem, sharing insights that inform product development, regulatory priorities, and local go-to-market strategy.
Help build the customer success and support infrastructure that ensures our partners thrive with Tandem.
Proven experience with healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development - ideally in health-tech, med-tech, or SaaS companies.
A strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex, regulated environments with providers, EHRs, or pharmaceutical companies.
Deep knowledge of the French healthcare ecosystem - from payors and providers to health IT vendors and regional nuances.
A strong local network and ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholder groups.
Comfortable navigating clinical, commercial, and technical conversations.
Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
Independent operator with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation.
Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms.
Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software.
Familiarity with EU/French regulatory and compliance environments.
Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets.
Location
We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in France. You’ll travel regularly - either to meet clinicians around France or to collaborate with our team in Stockholm.

Tandem provides a clinician copilot that enables clinicians to focus on providing care, instead of on administrative tasks. Our ambient scribe listens during the patient consultation, transcribes it, and automatically generates a draft medical note that can seamlessly be transferred to your medical record system.
