Are you passionate about building meaningful client relationships and driving business growth? ATI is looking for a Client Success Lead to strengthen our commercial team and enhance our client management strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with our Commercial Strategy Manager and Operations Manager to manage and expand relationships with our multinational clients. You will lead service performance discussions, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure long-term client satisfaction through strategic account management. This is a new role within ATI, giving you the unique opportunity to shape and develop our Account Management program from the ground up!
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop & Lead Account Management Strategy – Work alongside the Commercial Strategy Manager to build and execute a client success framework for ATI.
- Engage & Strengthen Client Relationships – Communicate and negotiate with senior decision-makers from multinational organizations to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify Growth Opportunities – Proactively initiate conversations on expanding ATI’s services and solutions.
- Oversee Client Accounts – Manage administrative agreements, contract extensions, rate negotiations, and amendments.
- Collaborate on Service Performance Reviews – Join periodic meetings with clients alongside our operations team to present reports and suggest improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, sales, or business development.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Exposure to handling overseas clients and working in international business settings.
