You will be instrumental in shaping commercial strategies with private and semi-public clients to strengthen our role as a partner in the national health system.
The Opportunity
- Systematically manage commercial operations with 3W impact, coordinating with relevant Enabling Areas, Therapeutic Area Teams, and PPOCs
- Propose and articulate strategies with the Access team (HSPs) to strengthen Roche's role as a partner in the national health system by developing commercial strategies with Private and Semi-public clients.
- Lead the correct and efficient relationship and management of Distributors.
- Design and materialize commercial strategies identified along the Patient Route and Health System within the accounts under your management.
- Be responsible for Distributor management, including defining commercial conditions and ensuring compliance with Roche guidelines for License to Operate.
- Administer and be accountable for the definition and implementation of the Company's Commercial Policy.
- Lead the search for new Business Partners (Clients, Distributors, and/or new non-traditional channels) to allow continuous improvement of our Go-to-Market.
- Ensure the corresponding evidence for the adequate execution of ICFR controls under your responsibility.
Who you are
You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial management, key account, and distributor management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
You are a systematic thinker with a customer-centric focus, prioritizing the patient in all actions.
You demonstrate an agile mindset, adapting, experimenting, and embracing continuous learning.
You are highly organized with strong prioritization, negotiation, and horizontal influencing skills.
