Within GE Vernova, we help bridge innovation and deployment, aligning technology development and portfolio strategy with real-world system needs. Across the industry, we provide insight to governments, utilities, developers, and large energy users navigating complex energy transitions.

Our work informs decisions that shape generation portfolios, grid expansion, regulatory evolution, and long-term emissions pathways. By providing system-level analysis, we reduce uncertainty, strengthen investment confidence, and support the resilient growth of lower-carbon electricity systems worldwide.

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and internal review cycles to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, proposal, and project data in CRM and other applicable systems
  • Ensure strong document control, version management, and audit-ready records across proposal repositories and workflow tools
  • Track proposal activity, deadlines, approvals, and key status updates to improve visibility and execution discipline
  • Maintain and enhance proposal templates, content libraries, boilerplate, and standard language
  • Leverage AI and other tools to streamline proposal development and improve efficiency
  • Support win/loss reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future submissions
  • Enable adoption of proposal tools, standard processes, and best practices
  • Support additional commercial, operational, and business priorities as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Power Systems), Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals, tendering, project coordination, or commercial operations
  • Experience supporting RFQs, RFPs, Statements of Work, and pricing structures
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise business language
  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
  • High ownership and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective collaborator in a matrixed, cross-functional organization

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience developing techno-commercial proposals for consulting organizations, particularly in the power sector
  • Experience in energy, engineering, industrial, consulting, or technical services environments
