Summary

We are looking for a Commercial Operations & Performance Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines commercial operations, data analysis, and reporting, supporting sales teams with actionable insights and ensuring smooth execution of commercial processes.

You will play a key role in analyzing sales performance, maintaining and improving reporting dashboards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, experience working with data, and an interest in translating insights into business impact.

In this role, you will

Commercial Operations & Contract Administration

  • Responsible for the centralization, registration and quality check of all contractual documents prior to implementation and billing.
  • Responsible for process to activate implementation and billing for all products, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Responsible for registering incoming documents and coordinate the legal validation and Amadeus signature.
  • Update and maintain the database of contracted and implemented products per customer.
  • Activation of implementation and billing processes of all products.
  • Maintain updated databases with product, customer, and activity information (e.g., win/loss data, ownership tracking)

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance and trends throughout the month
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to support sales decision-making
  • Maintain, enhance, and develop dashboards based on evolving business needs
  • Support reporting and analytics requests from internal stakeholders

Tools, Systems & Process Improvement

  • Ensure data quality and accuracy within CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Monitor adoption of tools and training effectiveness within commercial teams
  • Collaborate across systems for contract management tools) to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

About Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working in commercial operations, sales analytics, or business performance roles
  • Understanding of data models, databases, or structured data environments
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)-type roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and working with data
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools (preferred)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Exposure to CRM systems, SAP, or contract management tools such as WOs, IRs etc
