We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Private Bank Wire Operations Specialist to support high-profile banking clients by processing domestic and international wire transfer requests in a fast-paced environment. The Ideal candidate demonstrates strong communicated skills, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal partners and clients while maintaining strict confidentiality and operational excellence.
Primary responsibilities include
- Processing outgoing wire transfer requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Review and respond to email requests received
- Place outbound calls to clients to verify wire transfer instructions
- Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
Working closely with peers, operations teams, and Private Bankers to ensure seamless transaction processing
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing operational workflow and identifying opportunities to strengthen pipeline management to ensure SLAs are met.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Willingness to assist with special projects and accept new responsibilities.
- Maintain knowledge of the bank’s products, services, customers and geographic locations, and the potential risks associated with those activities.
- Must be able to review and analyze documentation; must be computer proficient, and able to learn internal systems.
- Must be able to communicate effectively via email, telephone, videoconference and in person.
- Fluency in Microsoft Applications including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and work well under pressure.
High School or equivalent degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: 10am - 6:30pm, 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
