A Day in Life:
This position plays a key role in consolidating commercial business information, monitoring performance indicators, coordinating deliverables, and supporting commercial initiatives across the organization. Ensuring efficient coordination across the business and supporting commercial decision-making through accurate reporting, KPI management, executive presentations, and cross-functional follow-up. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Reporting & Bus iness Analysis
- Consolidate, validate, and analyze commercial KPIs across Sales, Marketing, Insurance, and Business Development functions.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc executive reports to support business decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting sources.
Executive Presentations & Communication
- Develop executive-level presentations for senior leadership, dealer principals, and key business stakeholders.
- Translate complex business information into clear, actionable insights.
- Support leadership meetings by preparing materials, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up.
- Ensure meeting preparation materials are completed and delivered in advance.
Commercial Operations & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact between the Directors and key internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and monitor deliverables across multiple functions to ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with stakeholders regarding presentations, reports, KPIs, and business updates.
- Support execution of commercial initiatives and process improvement efforts.
- Maintain visibility of key priorities, deadlines, and business commitments.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a coordination point between commercial teams and leadership.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, BI, and other support functions.
- Foster collaboration and accountability among cross-functional teams.
Process & Performance Management
- Support standardization and continuous improvement of reporting and operational processes.
- Monitor performance indicators and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that improve business visibility.
Who We’re Looking for:
Mandatory requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Planning, Performance Management, Sales Support, or related functions. Experience within automotive, auto finance, financial services, insurance, or related industries is preferred. Experience supporting commercial or sales organizations through reporting, analysis, and business tracking.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and business performance reporting. Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and business reports.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills. Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Executive communication and presentation skills. Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Strong follow-up and execution capabilities. Business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Language Skills: Advanced English (written and verbal). 600 points TOEIC.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel as business needs require.
Desirable: Power BI preferred.
