Job Summary
Supports and digitizes commercial processes to enhance sales and marketing efficiency. Develops reports and analyses to inform and improve sales performance management.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Supports digitisation of commercial processes (Sales & Marketing) and manages implementation of certain Sales & Marketing tools for the business to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develops standard reports and commercial analysis to comprehensively support the sales performance management and decision-making processes.
• Analyzes and reports on various sales metrics from tools like DMS, Mylighting, C4C, etc., providing actionable insights to commercial teams. Identifies trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the organization.
• Acts as the champion across commercial teams to drive self-service reporting adoption in SAC, enabling data-driven decision making.
• Develops and conducts sales analytics using customer, competitor, and market data to translate them into actionable Sales & Marketing strategies, and reviews and communicates findings and recommendations to senior management.
• When part of the pricing & market intelligence activity, researches, forecasts, and analyzes pricing and market data to inform strategic decisions with long-term business impact, and generates reports to track Pricing behaviour and Pricing Data quality.
• When part of the pricing & market intelligence activity, is responsible for overall validation of QxP Integrity and facilitates or supports project management of price improvements.
• Implements strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintains data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and updates to commercial databases and reporting tools.
Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in commercial operations and data analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or sales performance management, with hands-on involvement in digitisation projects and sales tool implementations.
• Proficiency certification in sales analytics tools or platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), C4C, or equivalent is essential to effectively manage reporting and data-driven decision-making processes.
