Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this temporary role, you will support various commercial operations activities within the Spine, Craniomaxillofacial and Enabling Technologies division, ensuring efficient processes and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts. The Commercial Operations Coordinator processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information. Additionally, in this role, you will give price quotations, complete order sheets and check the price and quantity of each item listed as well as distribute order sheets to respective departments. You may coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.
What You Will Do:
- Assist with managing sales reports to track market trends and sales performance.
- Help identify and resolve operational issues by collaborating with operations, finance, marketing and other internal teams.
- Assist in checking data for accuracy and suggesting corrections or improvements.
- Support inventory optimization efforts through data analysis and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Assist in updating pricing guides and opportunity management tools for sales and marketing teams.
- Help coordinate large capital sales orders in collaboration with marketing and strategic sales, ensuring orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Report any violations of these policies and procedures to Stryker management or in the manner outlined in Stryker’s Ethics Hotline Policy
What You Need:
- Currently working on completion of a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent (business, health sciences)
- Full time or part time student at a Canadian institution
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and not require employment-based sponsorship now
