What you will do:
Drive the sales operating rhythm by identifying stalled opportunities, tightening pipeline hygiene, and unblocking deals to increase conversion rates.
Coordinate complex cross-functional handoffs between Business Development, Research, and Growth teams to ensure seamless proposal delivery.
Own the quality control of client-facing materials and partner on automation across the HubSpot deal pipeline to remove manual friction.
The ideal candidate:
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or enablement, preferably within a consultative research, advisory, or agency environment.
Power user of HubSpot with a proven track record of improving CRM workflows, templates, and reporting for B2B sales cycles.
Highly organized project manager with the confidence to hold senior sellers accountable and push for process discipline in a fast-paced setting.
