Function:
Responsible for supporting the Floor Plan, Secured Credit, Portfolio Management and Commercial Banking Operations through strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Floor Plan Support
1. Assists the Floor Plan Administrator on a daily basis and may serve as a back-up in the Floor Plan Administrator’s absence.
2. Serves as the contact person with dealer service centers to locate unseen units for audit purposes
3. Maintains required scanning and retention requirements for Floor Plan daily work and other reports.
4. Prepares wire transfer requests in accordance with the bank’s wire transfer policies and procedures.
5. Maintains an open line of communication with the Floor Plan Manager and performs additional duties as assigned.
6. Maintains a good working relationship with Floor Plan Dealer personnel and employees in other departments.
Secured Credit Support
1. Reviews the Optima for financial reports uploaded from Cync and clears any outstanding tracking items within nCino to ensure exception reporting is accurate and uploads all ancillary reporting received by the Secured Credit Officers into nCino to clear tracking items
2. Tracks insurance documents for all Secured Credit Monitored customers
Portfolio Management and Credit Support
1. On a daily basis, monitors and reviews nCino financial and covenant placeholders and marks the items either compliant or identifies them as needing updated for all Commercial Banking relationships throughout all markets
2. Advises Commercial Banking personnel on tracking items as it relates to statement types and grace day requirements per the Underwriting Manual (POL 202)
Commercial Banking Operations
1. Runs TR Clear reports on all new customers and communicates risk to the Financial Intelligence Group as necessary
2. Verifies taxes paid for approximately 4,500 1st lien properties throughout all markets
3. Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies
4. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.
Education:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent or equivalent basic academic education.
Experience:
Two to five years of general experience.
Physical Demands:
This work can be performed at multiple locations. Operates a keypad device 10-20%, operates electronic equipment 10-20% of the day. Primary parts of the body involved include fingers, thumb, hand, wrist, elbows. Sitting 80-90%, walking 0-10% of the day. This work can be performed with reasonable accommodations.
