As a Commercial Operations Analyst Associate Manager, you will partner with commercial teams, supply chain functions, and third-party logistics providers to improve order management, inventory performance, and operational excellence while supporting business growth in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
Lead the continuous improvement of hybrid market operations by partnering with commercial, planning, asset management, order management, and logistics teams.
Manage operational relationships with third-party logistics providers, driving service level performance, issue resolution, and process compliance.
Monitor inventory levels, stock allocation, and order fulfillment activities to improve product availability and working capital utilization.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance reviews to track key operational and logistics performance indicators.
Analyze operational data and identify root causes of recurring issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Support forecasting and ordering processes by improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility.
Participate in inventory audits and controls with logistics partners to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock variances.
Contribute to systems, digital tools, and business process implementation projects by providing operational and data expertise.
What You Will Need
Required
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience managing third-party logistics providers in a commercial environment.
Experience working across end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash processes
Experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment
Candidates must possess relevant experience within the UAE and/or KSA markets.
Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred
Experience in medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Certification or professional experience in data processing, analytics, or reporting.
Experience with reverse logistics and consignment-based business models.
Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements within the medical device industry.
Fluency in the language of the base country, both written and spoken.
