To support us in our mission, we are looking for a Commercial operation trainee to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives with daily operations with CRM and ERP systems. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
- Warm calling and emailing
- Follow up task assigned and inquiries
- Research for potential leads and partners on the internet
- Follow up on overdue invoices with existing customers
- Maintain sales records via CRM / ERP systems
- Liaise with company colleagues
- Complete other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Successfully completed a university degree in a Commerce, Marketing, or IT major
- Energetic and willing to work towards your goals
- Strong desire to learn and highly coachable
- Fluent in written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Good manners and customer service-oriented attitude
