Summary

As the Commercial Operations Executive, you will be assisting the Kinect Energy management and sustainability team in providing operational support to the APAC team to meet our key objectives and contribute to the long-term interests of the business.  This role will work together with Asia Sales and Business Development team and the global teams in supporting the sales processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Origination Support for Asia Companies and Companies in Other Regions as required

• Perform detailed research and analysis on companies, their sustainability goals and relevant information (eg. mfg locations) to facilitate the team’s prioritization to derive a short list
• Proactively engage sales activities with potential and existing clients to generate profit.
• Find new business chances and set marketing strategies, initiate best solution through communication with global team.
• Explore and focus on onsite solar offtaker-led model fulfilment, utilizing from engineering knowledge to relationships with related partners.
• Maintain/update BOX research files
• Origination Tracking

Salesforce (CRM Tool) / Supporting Asia Teams

• Help to organize/update/extract information
• Ensure important information for accounts that we are actively working with are captured whenever possible
• Follow up with team to ensure information are updated e.g. updating of past due opportunities
• Creating/maintaining the link on account note to the origination BOX files
• Update training materials
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements, Competencies and Certifications

• Degree in business, engineering or relevant field, open to fresh graduates
• 2~3year Experience in onsite solar projects are preferred, Knowledge of the energy industry especially CO2 reduction is an added advantage
• Meticulous and persevering with strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, business level English is required for communicating with global team
• Ability to anticipate challenges and troubleshoot
• Team player with a positive attitude and one team mindset, performs well in a highly collaborative culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Experience in Salesforce will be a plus
