OVERVIEW:

The Commercial Marketing Specialist will support execution of commercial marketing initiatives for RxSight’s Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) and Light Delivery Device (LDD). This role will assist with development and coordination of marketing programs, sales enablement materials, customer communications, and campaign activities that support physician engagement, patient awareness, and commercial growth.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, and Marketing, the Commercial Marketing Specialist will help execute marketing initiatives, coordinate projects, manage marketing materials, and support day-to-day commercial marketing operations in a fast-paced medical device environment.

This role offers an opportunity to develop foundational experience in healthcare and commercial marketing while contributing to the growth of innovative ophthalmic technologies.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with execution of commercial marketing programs and initiatives supporting product adoption and customer engagement. 
  • Coordinate development, review, and distribution of sales enablement materials including presentations, brochures, physician education resources, and marketing collateral. 
  • Support creation and maintenance of marketing content across print, digital, and presentation platforms. 
  • Partner with Sales and Professional Education teams to support field marketing activities, training initiatives, and customer communications. 
  • Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables with internal stakeholders and external vendors or agencies. 
  • Assist with conference, meeting, and event preparation including promotional materials, logistics, and marketing support. 
  • Support management and organization of marketing assets, product materials, and commercial content libraries. 
  • Assist with tracking campaign activity, marketing metrics, and commercial program performance. 
  • Support competitive intelligence, market research, and customer feedback initiatives. 
  • Ensure marketing materials and activities comply with company branding, regulatory, legal, and promotional review requirements. 
  • Provide administrative and operational support for commercial marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects. 
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance marketing operations and team efficiency efforts. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong project coordination and follow-through capabilities. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, sales support materials, and customer communications. 
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Basic understanding of healthcare, medical device, or regulated marketing environments preferred. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing platforms, or project management tools preferred. 
  • Analytical mindset with ability to support reporting and campaign tracking activities. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • None.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field required. 
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in marketing, commercial marketing, sales support, communications, or related business functions preferred. 
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred. 
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, sales materials, or customer communications preferred. 
  • Strong project coordination and organizational experience preferred. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors is a plus. 
  • Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system. 
  • The training requirements on Insider Trading Policy, Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics must be completed within 30 days from the hiring date and annually thereafter. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • No specific certifications or licenses required. 
  • Marketing, communications, or project management certifications are a plus. 
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, content management systems, and marketing platforms preferred. 
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools preferred. 
  • Basic experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus. 

Performance Metrics

  • Timeliness and quality of marketing project execution and deliverables. 
  • Accuracy and consistency of marketing materials and communications. 
  • Effectiveness of support provided to Sales and commercial teams. 
  • Organization and maintenance of marketing assets and collateral.
