Why This Role Matters:
The Commercial Marketing Lead will help local Truck and OTR replacement and Fleet Mobility sales teams reach their lead acquisition, customer retention, volume, and profitability objectives.
What You'll Do
Localization of relevant Marketing collaterals, digital content (website, blog, social media…) and execution of their distribution through the relevant channels and to the relevant target groups
Support execution in his/her geography of responsibility of centrally-driven Marketing campaigns, programs or events. Ensure utilization of central tools and systems whenever applicable
Support proper execution of locally-driven activities such as seasonal sales campaigns, local events, local content creation and distribution, hand in hand with relevant local Goodyear stakeholders
Understand local market needs and requirements working closely with sales departments, and being from time to time in direct contact with dealers and fleets. Ensure all Marketing actions are in line with internal and external expectations
Follow-up on leads generated by digital means or traditional events from generation of the leads to follow-up by appropriate sales representatives. Measure the ROI of Marketing campaigns and events reconciling cost and business generated. Report campaign/events results
Ensure local Legal compliance of all centrally or locally driven Marketing activities and communications
What You'll Bring
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing.
4+ years’ experience in Marketing functions
Good Project Management skills.
Capability to well understand customers and internal team’s needs.
B2B marketing practice and tools knowledge including digital.
Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
