We are looking for a dedicated Commercial & Market Access KAM with a passion for leading strategic partnerships, while driving access to and successfully engage with our costumers.
Ferring+You
As our Commercial & Market Access KAM, you will develop and lead strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including Payers, Wholesalers, and Public Ministries. Your mission will be to drive access, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver sustainable business growth.
Your day at Ferring
Develop and execute tailored strategic account plans for each key customer.
Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for negotiations, inquiries, and strategic discussions.
Lead regular business review meetings with clients to assess performance and identify new opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical teams to align strategies.
Contribute to pricing strategies and develop robust commercial proposals.
Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and agreed terms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and upcoming tenders.
Manage and coordinate processes required for product inclusion with payers and public institutions.
Prepare periodic performance reports and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Behind our Mission…There’s you
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or market access within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven experience working with payers, wholesalers, and/or public health authorities.
Strong understanding of market access dynamics and product inclusion processes.
Experience developing pricing strategies and negotiating commercial agreements.
CRM knowledge and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel across Argentina, every 2/3 months (mandatory).
