Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team in a country.
- Collaborate to set sales targets and develop strategies specifically for attracting, retaining and aiming to accelerate admins , monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics.
- Build a strong internal and external communications strategy as well as the public affairs of Payjoy, aligned to our mission and principles.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
- Oversee and continuously improve Sales Promoters processes, including but not limited to training, sales, operations, logistics, billing, financial proposals, and sales documentation.
- Lead the Panama office in the absence of the Country Manager, owning day-to-day leadership and serving as a cultural role model who instills PayJoy’s values across the country
- Be the Legal Representative of the country’s operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor in business administration, finance or relevant field
- Minimum of +8 years of leadership experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Growth with an emphasis on cross-functional and transformation projects, including 2+ years as a people leader.
- Experience driving transformative initiatives that bring together internal and external communication, people, processes, data/insights and technology into solutions to business problems related to all aspects of the pre & post-sales customer journey, highly focused on the acquisition of new customers and retention of the current ones.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes and understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Effective communication and active listening to understand the Sales teams requirements or identify pain points to propose effective solutions
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to broader strategic insights
- Ability to understand and work with Sales funnel concepts
