Acosta Group is seeking a strategic and analytical Commercial Manager to support profitable growth and commercial transformation across the Omnichannel Sales and Service organization. In this role, you will help identify, define, and implement opportunities to improve client profitability, strengthen business performance, and enhance the commercial operating model. This position partners closely with Sales, Client Development, Finance, senior leaders, and clients to turn data-driven insights into practical strategies that support long-term success.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Support the production, analysis, and delivery of quarterly client profitability models and reporting.

  • Identify and drive improvements to profitability reporting processes, tools, and delivery timelines.

  • Partner with Sales and Client leaders to identify, evaluate, and execute client profitability opportunities, including pricing strategies, service model improvements, and client transition or termination support when appropriate.

  • Track progress against profitability improvement initiatives, ensuring clear accountability, visibility, and follow-through.

  • Provide analysis, project management, and execution support for commercial growth, transformation, and process improvement initiatives as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience assessing P&Ls, supporting profitability analysis, or working in a management consulting environment.

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and confidently present insights and recommendations to senior leaders.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Experience supporting project management, program management, or cross-functional business initiatives.

  • Change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and adoption of new ways of working.

  • Knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, margin improvement, or cost management.

 Physical Requirements 

  • Sit for extended periods (typically 6+ hours per day).
  • Use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods.
  • Lift and carry light items (e.g., files, office supplies, laptops, typically 20+ pounds).
  • Reach, bend, or stoop occasionally to access files or office materials.
  • Maintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work.
  • Follow clear directions.
  • Perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, clicking) consistently throughout the day.

Skills Required
