You'll have a strong background in contract management, commercial strategy, procurement, cost control and forecasting, with the ability to balance commercial performance with project delivery objectives. Experience working within alliance, design and construct or major infrastructure delivery environments will be highly regarded.

You take a practical and collaborative approach, are comfortable influencing at all levels and can confidently partner with operational teams to drive performance. You know how to identify risks early, solve problems proactively and build trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.

You bring accountability and a solutions-focused mindset, while fostering a positive team culture where people are supported to perform at their best.

Join Fulton Hogan and be part of a team that’s delivering real outcomes for communities. If you’re looking to contribute to a project that makes a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you.
