YOUR MISSION
- Managing, coaching and mentoring the local sales and account management teams
- Work with your team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with top chains and smaller partners
- Support negotiations and close exclusive partnerships with the best accounts in the region, always aligned with the company goals
- Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis and improve local teams performance metrics and support local teams with improved processes
- To adapt the Global sales strategy based on the local market situation
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 5 years of experience in managing high-performance sales teams
- Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
- Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
- Proven People management
- Availability to travel through Ukraine
