Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required.
Your responsibilities:
Coordinating a team of 4-5 buyers and overseeing the purchasing activity of the team for our Iasi office.
Providing proximity management for the acquisition team.
Evaluating and supervising the subordinated team.
Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and providing problem-solving support.
Analyzing the team’s results and taking appropriate action to improve results in order to reach the set targets and KPIs.
