The West Palm Beach office is seeking an associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join a busy commercial litigation trial practice. Qualified candidates should have graduated from a nationally recognized law school, must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, have experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex and difficult legal and factual issues, strategically and analytically minded, be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, and be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Candidates must be admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission to The Florida Bar.
